sauteed cremini, portobello & button mushrooms with spinach & chevre on toasted crostini.

backyard bbq rib dinner

a 1/2 rack of our signature "fall off the bone" ribs, brushed with Collingwood whiskey maple bbq sauce and accompanied with golden fries and Thornbury apple slaw.

braised short rib dinner

beef short rib roasted slow and low and napped with rich pan gravy. served with Kaytoo garlic mashed potato & daily seasonal vegetable.

1/4 rack & chicken dinner

fresh grilled chicken breast brushed in Collingwood whiskey bbq sauce with a 1/4 rack of our signature ribs and accompanied with golden fries and Thornbury apple slaw.

Hog's Back mac'n cheese

tender elbow pasta tossed in heavy cream and our 4 cheese blend, topped with a generous helping of hand pulled pork.

grilled Atlantic salmon

marinated in Collingwood whiskey bbq sauce and grilled to order, served with long grain basmati rice and daily seasonal vegetable..
